An industrial KUKA robot, reprogrammed for one night as a bartender

For a Smirnoff event in Goa, we took a KUKA industrial robot off the factory floor and put it behind the bar. Fully customised and triggered by each guest's order, the robot moved through a precise choreography of pours — serving signature cocktails crafted specifically for the night by certified Smirnoff bartenders.

The same mechanical precision built for industrial assembly lines, now applied to the art of the pour, serving over 500 cocktails in one evening.

As project manager and creative director, I led the project from early prototyping and concept development through to technical execution and on-site delivery — overseeing every stage of bringing a reprogrammed industrial robot to a live event environment.
